The film probably did not change the way people eat but the film encouraged people to make better food choices that our body benefits from. Even though I could not relate to the film entirely, there were some parts that I could connect. I love ice cream and all the sweet stuff, I mean who doesn't? It is hard when you have to give up your favorite foods, but you feel like a brand new, healthy person. I feel that this film is inspiring and motivates people on being the best they can be. I know some times I feel bad about my body and do not feel happy about it, I have to change it. Like they mentioned in the film, no medicine or doctor can make you "completely" better, it all starts with you and how you can change the way you feel and look.
