After watching these 10 films, I almost feel like a food expert. I have learned so much about foods. I notice that I try to eat healthier and eat foods that my body benefits from. I feel like a new person after watching all these documentaries because my views have changed big times on foods and how companies process them. Some films were better than others, some were boring and I almost fell asleep. I could relate to most of them because I have a big sweet tooth and love sugar, but now I try to lay off my intake on sugar. I am a new healthy person, also. I am trying to eat healthy.
