Forks over knives is a documentary that interviews experts on health. It shows issues of diet and disease that are really shocking. It was filmed in the United States, Canada, and even China. It showed diseases can be controlled by rejecting animal-based and processed foods. It also shows a journey of Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn to understand and have studies about the foods that we consume. Some of the studies that the researchers were groundbreaking and hard to believe.
This film was very interesting. I was a little confused about the name. As the film gone on, it made more sense. I liked seeing all the different cultures and traveling. It was very cool to see all the different foods. When I traveled to Europe, the food the so different. Some places I did not like as much, and others foods were to die for! I tried someone new everyday and it was quite the experience. This film reminded me about my trip.
